# TenantCore

> TenantCore is an outbound email infrastructure platform for operators, agencies, and outbound teams using Microsoft 365. It brings domains, mailboxes, DNS, sending limits, sending-tool connections, monitoring, alerts, and reporting into one operating workflow.

TenantCore is not a sending tool or campaign sequencer. Campaigns remain in the sending tool the customer chooses. TenantCore manages the Microsoft 365 infrastructure behind the mailboxes.

## Important terminology

- Use **mailboxes**, not "shared mailboxes", in broad product descriptions.
- Use **sending tool** for products such as Instantly, PlusVibe, Smartlead, and ManyReach.
- TenantCore does not create domains. Customers add or register domains; TenantCore configures supported DNS.
- Paid plans include **tenant slots**, which are capacity to connect Microsoft 365 tenants. They do not imply that Microsoft 365 tenants are included.
